You’ll provide outstanding service, clear communication, and a safe, clean, welcoming environment. This role rewards attention to detail, the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a busy setting, and the professionalism to represent IK Gymnastics with care and consistency. You’ll report to the General Manager or Administrative Staff Leader.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay of $18-$25/hour, based on experience.
  • Full-time benefits (32+ hrs/week): Medical, Dental, Vision, and HSA
  • Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Leave.
  • Company-paid CPR and First Aid certification, conducted on-site (not required to be hired).
  • Predictable scheduling.
  • A positive, supportive team environment.
  • Paid training and opportunities to grow into other roles.

Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for every child and parent.
  • Listen to customer inquiries, provide clear and helpful responses, and handle all interactions professionally.
  • Show patience and empathy when addressing questions or concerns, escalating issues to leadership when appropriate.
Communication:
  • Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and by email with an appropriate and professional tone.
  • Accurately take, record, and relay customer messages and notes, both manually and in our computer systems.
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure issues are resolved to a high standard.
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
  • Learn and operate our class management system for tasks such as enrollment, check-in, waitlisting, billing, and class approvals.
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations while keeping focus on customer service.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Facility Support and Safety:
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout public spaces during your shift.
  • Help reinforce lobby etiquette and general safety guidelines (e.g., no climbing on furniture, no gymnastics practice in the lobby).
  • Assist children with non-medical needs, such as directing them to classes, restrooms, or water fountains, and providing basic comfort supplies like adhesive bandages or ice packs.
  • Support the overall safety and comfort of children and families in the facility.

Physical Demands:
The role involves moving throughout the 24,000 sq. ft. facility, including through gym areas with equipment, and occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling equipment, furniture, or supplies (typically up to approximately 40 pounds, with assistance available for heavier items). It also involves remaining in a stationary position during busy periods. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:
You’ll be a vital part of the IK Gymnastics team, contributing to our success through your daily efforts. Being part of a team means taking ownership of your role, being dependable, and following through to support both your coworkers and our customers. A positive, solutions-
oriented attitude—even in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment—helps create a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
